If you are not thrilled with your portrait - if you are not happy for any reason at all, we will do the following:

* At no charge, we will make sure to fix any part of your portrait that wasn't perfect or I will eagerly create additional images for you.

* If we're unable to create a portrait that you will cherish forever, I will return all your money that you have invested. You don't pay for your portraits unless you are absolutely satisfied.
